Frasers Group to acquire Hervis’ Hungary, Romania operations
Sporting goods retailer Hervis Sport, which is owned by SPAR Austria Group, has agreed to sell its Hungary and Romania subsidiaries to Frasers Group (European Holdings), which is part of the UK’s Frasers Group.
