Among the moves are the promotions of Johan De Niel to vice president of Wrangler EMEA, and Peter Kats to vice president of Lee EMEA. The two will lead the design, product, merchandising and marketing teams for their respective brands.

De Niel joined VF in 1981 and has held several leadership positions within the Lee brand, most recently as VP, product and marketing. Kats has been at the company since 2013, joining as vice president of sales for Vans before moving across to Lee as VP of sales.
In addition, two new leadership positions have been created within the VF Jeanswear EMEA leadership team.
Daniel Larsson is the new senior sales director, leading teams for both the Lee and Wrangler brands; and Johan Vercammen becomes direct-to-consumer director, responsible for driving strategic development for online and in-store customer experience.
All four executives will report to VF Jeanswear EMEA president Massimo Ferrucci, who says: “The newly announced management structure will position us to realise this strategic imperative across our jeanswear brands, bringing us closer to the consumer and establishing an even stronger foundation for the future of both brands in EMEA.”
