The 2010 US garment import data is out and it appears that just about everybody is a winner. In fact, among the major garment supplying countries only Haiti showed a decrease for the year. And given the terrible earthquake which hit the country in January, a drop of only 4.3% is not so bad. But, says David Birnbaum, the good news was not all that good.
