Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Architecture and Engineering Occupations, which accounted for 36% of the total new job postings in Q3 2023 and were up by 57% year-on-year. Second highest were Business and Financial Operations Occupations, which accounted for 14% and rise by 8% year-on-year, and third highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which were 13% of the new job postings and 42% higher year-on-year.

Top five companies in automotive industry accounted for 47% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Continental with 764, followed by Nissan Motor with 504, while the highest increase was at Aptiv at 20%.
