Poland’s apparel industry registered a 12.9% drop in IT hiring activity in September 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 7.13% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.
Out of the apparel industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 20.4% share in September 2022, recording a decrease of 3.58% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s apparel industry’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry in September 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 68.75% in September 2022, registering a 27.87% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 18.75% share, an increase of 100% over the previous month.
3) Computer Support Specialists held a share of 4.69%, registering a flat growth from August 2022.
4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 4.69%, up 200% over the previous month.
Top five apparel companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 12.86% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
LPP posted 27 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a drop of 6.9% over the previous month, followed by Amazon with 22 jobs and a 24.14% drop. CCC with 8 IT jobs and Veepee with 2 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 100% growth, respectively, while Inter IKEA Holding recorded a decline of 33.33% with 2 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.5%, down by 37.5% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 28.13% share, registered an increase of 260% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.38% share, flat growth over August 2022.
