Poland’s apparel industry registered a 6.4% drop in IT hiring activity in July 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 4.64% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
Out of the apparel industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 24.96% share in July 2022, recording a decrease of 0.12% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s apparel industry’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry in July 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 84.48% in July 2022, registering a 5.77% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 8.62% share, a decrease of 72.22% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 3.45%, registering a 33.33% decline from June 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 3.45%, up 100% over the previous month.
Top five apparel companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry during July 2022 over June 2022.
Amazon posted 34 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a drop of 33.33% over the previous month, followed by LPP with 23 jobs and a flat growth. Stuart Weitzman with 1 IT jobs, recorded a flat growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 79.31%, down by 17.86% from June 2022. Entry Level positions with a 15.52% share, registered a decline of 35.71% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5.17% share, down 40% over June 2022.
