CANADA: Cotton Ginny Sale To Continental Revived
Insolvent women's casual clothing chain Cotton Ginny Ltd on Sunday said it has agreed a new deal to sell its stores to Toronto-based Continental Saxon Group - just days after the move collapsed. The company said in a statement that under the terms of the new deal, which was concluded over the weekend, Continental will buy a majority of Cotton Ginny's remaining outlets, as well as its warehousing and head office facilities in Toronto.
