Gap Inc announced its launch on Amazon Fashion on 10 November. Its offering will include a selection of basic, modern essentials for the family.

This will include hoodies, t-shirts, denim, socks, underwear and sleepwear for adults, teens, kids and babies. Moreover, the collaboration will also offer baby Gap-branded nursery furniture and baby gear like strollers, bassinets, cribs and more.  

“Collaborating with Amazon Fashion provides us a new channel to deliver Gap’s modern American essentials to even more customers in the US and Canada,” said Mark Breitbard, president and CEO at Gap brand. “We are excited to take this step with Amazon Fashion, to expand our product offering and to deepen our connection with consumers through the Gap brand store.”

Products are available for customers to shop now in Gap’s dedicated brand store at or by searching Gap on mobile or desktop. The collection will feature thousands of items, all available for purchase with Amazon’s customer service including Prime delivery.  

Gap Inc recently sold its China business as part of a ‘strategic review’ to amplify the brand in the Chinese local market. The brand said it signed agreements to sell its Gap Greater China business to e-commerce solutions company Baozun Inc, which will operate in-market site and stores under a franchise agreement.
