  • Authorities in Kyrgyzstan and Russian have signed an accord to establish a common development fund with capital of US$500m, which will benefit both countries in fields such as textiles. GLOBAL POST 
  • Dutch textile firm LT Textile Cooperatief is to invest US$55m in creating modern textile capabilities in the Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan. The company will export at least 80% of goods and create 700 jobs once at full capacity. UZDAILY
