INDIA: Lee Cooper Wins Injunction In Trademark Fight

Leading jeans maker Lee Cooper has won the first stage in a trademark battle with an Indian garment manufacturer accused of producing fake Lee Cooper denims, the Times Of India reported on Monday. A high court judge granted an injunction against New Delhi-based garment maker RS Enterprises which is alleged to have produced an unknown quantity of jeans bearing the Lee Cooper name without the firm's permission, the paper said.
