ITALY: Anti-Fur Activists Splatter Paint At Fendi Store

Italian police arrested several animal rights protestors on Thursday after the group stormed a Fendi store in Rome and splattered red paint on an unknown number of fur coats inside. Up to 15 members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) took part in the incident at the store in the capital's historic centre, with some clad in fur coats and underwear later posing in the windows with signs reading "Fur is Dead".
