Launched in 2020, Joor Passport centralises the global trade show and fashion week experience by creating a one-stop-shop for buyers: one place to log in, one website to visit, one app to download, and one comprehensive experience. Joor Passport has become an indispensable online tool for buyers given current market conditions of restricted travel, and is set to extend its reach with both a virtual and in-person presence as physical events resume in the post-pandemic era.

In 2020, Joor hosted 17 global events on Joor Passport, attracting more than 155,000 visitors from 133 countries. More than 1,600 brands participated in events on Joor Passport, with more than 500,000 items sold.

“Over the past year, virtual shows have gone from being relatively unheard of to the new normal,” explains Kristin Savilia, CEO of Joor. “We’re thrilled to further expand our footprint in Japan through this partnership with Jetro, and look forward to connecting global buyers to the elite group of brands participating in ‘Showcase Japan’.”
