Ted Dagnese, chief supply chain officer, and Nikki Neuburger, chief brand and product activation officer, will leave Lululemon on 6 November 2026. Both leaders are expected to support a smooth handover.
As their departures were announced, Lululemon confirmed it is still actively recruiting for a chief brand officer, chief communications officer and chief technology officer.

The search for these newly defined roles comes as part of a larger reorganisation aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and “building upon what has made lululemon distinctive,” according to the company.
Alongside these executive searches, Maggie Gauger has been named president and chief product officer, and Joseph Godsey will become chief operating officer (COO), both newly created positions, effective 26 October 2026.
Gauger joins from Athleta, where she was most recently president and chief executive. She previously spent more than two decades at Nike, including as vice-president and general manager of its North America women’s business.
Her new role will combine responsibility for design, merchandising, footwear, product innovation and materials science. Lululemon said the structure is intended to link product vision and execution more closely, with the existing merchandising and design leadership reporting to Gauger.
Godsey joins from Walmart Canada, where he was chief growth officer. As chief operating officer, he will oversee sourcing and production, commercialisation, go-to-market, fulfilment, planning and allocations, and sustainability.
The company said the role is intended to connect product and brand priorities with operations across the value chain, while improving execution and speed to market.
Meghan Frank will continue as chief financial officer, temporarily taking on added oversight of the brand and technology functions until permanent hires are made, while also overseeing the appointment of a future chief strategy officer.
The company said these moves are designed to provide leadership continuity during the ongoing transition.
Other senior leaders, including André Maestrini as president & chief commercial officer, Shannon Higginson as chief legal & compliance officer, and Susan Gelinas as chief people & culture officer, will remain in their existing roles and form part of the newly structured senior leadership team alongside the new appointees. They will all report to lululemon chief executive officer Heidi O’Neill.
Former Nike executive O’Neill was announced as the brand’s next CEO earlier this year, sparking criticism from founder and ex-CEO Chip Wilson, who criticised Lululemon’s Board of Directors and recent “brand-eroding choices”.
Lululemon said the new leadership team structure is intended to improve the company’s competitiveness and support future development.
O’Neill added: “lululemon is a rare, extraordinary brand, but we have work to do to build a stronger and more competitive company. We are establishing a deeply experienced leadership team that will work in a more coordinated manner, aligned around the strategy and execution that delivers the most impact for our guests, our communities, and our business.
“That starts with putting product, design, and innovation at the centre of how we operate, with the focus and accountability to create a stronger pipeline of differentiated product to raise the bar for our guests across every touchpoint, in stores and online.”
