MALAYSIA: Workers Jailed For Textile Factory Riot
A Malaysian court has jailed for six months a gang of Indonesian workers who rioted at a textile factory in a dispute over drug tests. The 15 workers all pleaded guilty to a charge of taking part in an unlawful assembly at a textile factory hostel in Kuala Lumpur earlier this month which later triggered a rampage by dozens of machete-wielding Indonesian construction workers.
