Texbase, the developer of cloud-based compliance and testing software for the apparel and textile industries, has launched a new feature that enables rapid upload of lab test data.
The new Lab Test Data Importer is an enhancement to the Texbase application platform that unites brands, retailers, suppliers and testing labs that trace compliance and quality from raw materials to finished product.
The tool allows multiple lab tests to be created at once using a custom excel file. Upon uploading the file to the Texbase system, lab test reports are automatically created, data is transferred, calculations are performed and pass/fail results are instantly available, the company explains.
Lab Test Data Importer is a new feature of Texbase starting first with Texbase Connect suppliers and will eventually be available to other areas of the application.
“This is an exciting enhancement to our application allowing for hundreds of tests to be generated in minutes. It’s key for production lab data where multiple lots are being submitted at once,” says CEO and founder Joe Walkuski.
Towards the end of last year the software firm launched a Community Portal that lets its customers access additional information and connect with fellow users.
