The OJG partnership follows the completion of Authentic’s previously announced acquisition of Lee, which is currently expected to close in the latter part of 2026. 

Under the agreement, OJG will become the operating partner for Lee across the North American market.

The company will assume responsibility for Lee’s operations in the US and Canada, working closely with Authentic to serve both consumers and retail partners in these regions.  

The arrangement aims to leverage OJG’s experience in denim manufacturing, sourcing, product development and wholesale distribution to support the growth of the Lee brand. 

Lee will remain headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina.

OJG also plans to maintain activities at the Mocksville, North Carolina facility and to continue to rely on the expertise of the existing workforce to support the brand’s business.

According to the companies, this move aligns with Authentic’s wider strategy of collaborating with established operators in key sectors and regions.  

Authentic Brands Group added it is in ongoing discussions with other potential partners to further Lee’s international growth.
