SOUTH AFRICA: Lesotho Clothing Workers Set To Strike
Lesotho's clothing and textile industry could be crippled by a national strike unless the government agrees to minimum wage increases, union leaders have warned. Workers will disrupt production by staging sit-in protests at factories and picketing the plants unless the government aggress to union demands for a "living" wage, officials from the Lesotho Clothing and Allied Workers Union (LECAWU) said.
