UK: Cambrelle Unveils Plans To Counter The Counterfeiters

Textile giant DuPont has announced a tought new series of measures that will afford its leading branded footwear lining, Cambrelle, better protection against trademark infringement. The pique embossed pattern, which was registered as a US trademark in October 1986, is covered by Article Six of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property which extends US trademark protection to Europe, South America and Asia.
