UK: M&S Chief Scoops £1.3m Bonus
The head of resurgent high street giant Marks & Spencer, Luc Vandevelde, has collected a £1.36 million bonus after reviving the retailer's fortunes, the company has confirmed. The huge bonus consists of £654,000 for the year to March 30, and £704,000 of the £816,000 bonus he waived last year. Mr Vandevelde has invested half of his bonus in M&S shares.
