Consolidated net revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2000 increased 15.6% to $41,272,000 as compared to $35,690,000 for the same period of the prior year. Consolidated net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2000 was $3,444,000 as compared to $2,328,000 in the same period of the prior year.
