The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York’s $18 million Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) revenue bonds, series 2000, are rated `A-‘ by Fitch. The bonds, expected July 25 through negotiation with a syndicate led by M.R. Beal and Company and Fleet Securities, will be callable although details are not yet determined.
