USA: High Income Shoppers Prefer Fur-Free Stores – Poll
More than 50 per cent of US shoppers prefer department stores that do not sell fur products and adpot socially responsible merchandise policies, a survey out today claims. The Fund for Animals survey revealed that 54 per cent of consumers consider selling fur products to be socially irresponsible. By more than a four-to-one margin, consumers prefer to shop at stores which do not sell fur.
