Interface Inc (Nasdaq: IFSIA) announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the furniture fabric assets of the Chatham Manufacturing division of CMI Industries Inc for a purchase price of $25 million in cash. Trailing 12-month sales for Chatham’s furniture fabric assets were approximately $75 million.
