Mossimo, Inc. (NYSE: MGX) today announced that on May 16, 2000 an involuntary petition was filed against it under the United States Bankruptcy Code by Pacific Apparel Resources, Inc., Caeco Enterprises, Inc. and Wilmar Concepts, each alleging claims against the Company. Company management is evaluating the petition at this time.
