USA: Reebok Posts Fall In Q4 Profits
The world's second largest sportswear and footwear firm, Reebok International Ltd, on Wednesday reported a 16 per cent decline in fourth quarter profits - despite an 89 per cent surge in US apparel sales. Reebok reported a net income of $5.2 million, or nine cents a share, down from $6.2m, or 11 cents a share, a year earlier, while sales rose 6.8 per cent to $664.6m from $622.5m.
