USA: Report Slams Nike, Adidas Suppliers In Indonesia
A leading international aid agency today released a report criticising conditions at scores of Indonesian factories making products for top sports apparel and footwear brands Nike and Adidas. Oxfam Community Aid Abroad claims in its study – its second in as many years into the factories - that tens of thousands of workers live in severe poverty and have no choice but to work for as little as $2 a day in dangerous conditions.
