USA: Skechers Implements RightNow eService Centre Solution
RightNow Technologies announced today that footwear giant Skechers USA has implemented its award-winning RightNow eService Centre solution as the company brings its e-commerce services in-house.
The move means Skechers eliminates the need to build a large-scale telephone and email response centre - while ensuring that its online customers' questions can be quickly and accurately answered.
