USA: Victoria’s Secret Loses Swimwear Trademark Battle

Leading US lingerie maker Victoria's Secret on Tuesday lost a seven year legal battle to use the Miracle Bra name for its swimwear. A federal judge ruled in favour of A&H Sportswear Inc which makes around 10 per cent of the nation's swimwear and had accused Victoria's Secret of violating its 1992 trademark for Miraclesuit swimwear.
