McGuire will focus on strengthening engagement with Cascale’s members and key stakeholders, aiming to drive operational effectiveness and facilitate collaborative initiatives that convert shared ambitions into measurable outcomes.
McGuire joins Cascale with a background in global leadership roles across supply chains, international business development, and nonprofit transformation.
Her experience spans leading multi-stakeholder organisations through periods of growth and transition, managing relationships with global brands, manufacturers, policymakers, and civil society actors.
The appointment comes at a time when Cascale is placing greater emphasis on delivering value to its members and increasing efforts towards climate action, decent work, and responsible supply chain management.
Prior to joining Cascale, McGuire served as CEO and president of the US National Minority Supplier Development Council.
During her time there, she focused on improving organisational performance, broadening stakeholder involvement, and updating operations to support the council’s long-term mission objectives.
Before this role, McGuire held senior leadership positions at Dell Technologies and Technology Integration Group. In these positions, she oversaw initiatives related to global market expansion, strategic partnerships, and supply chain activities in multiple regions.
McGuire will succeed Harsh Saini, who has been serving as Cascale’s interim CEO and will continue in the role through 31 May 2026.
Under Saini’s leadership, Cascale continued to meet its key priorities, develop partnerships, and advance changes to its operating and membership models.
Saini is expected to assist in the leadership transition by serving as an advisor through the end of June 2026.
