Explainer: Is Frasers’ investment in Hudson a golden ticket into Africa?

An “incredibly acquisitive” Frasers Group has confirmed it is investing in Hudson Malta, a premier retail and distribution business based in Malta with operations across 36 African countries, a move industry onlookers say will propel the retail conglomerate's growth internationally.
