Explainer: Will Mulberry regret rejecting Frasers’ buyout offer?

Luxury handbag brand Mulberry has rejected an £83m ($110.6m) acquisition offer from its 37% shareholder, UK retail conglomerate Frasers Group, however the brand remains in an offer period with an industry insider stating the "ball is in Frasers' camp" and describes Mulberry's corporate situation as a "mess," which is "far from ideal".
