In an open letter shared today, Andic said: "A public narrative has been constructed that is one-sided, taken out of context and distorted, and which has created a perception of guilt that bears no relation to reality. I know that dismantling it will require time, effort and intense dedication.”

Andic has served as executive vice president since January 2025, shortly after his father's death. Mango’s founder passed away in December 2024 while hiking outside Barcelona, Spain

The latest announcement follows shortly after Andic was named as a suspect in the investigation into Isak's death. Andic has strongly asserted his innocence.

Mango’s chairman and CEO, Toni Ruiz, shared his “utmost respect, understanding and support” with Andic in an internal communication with staff. Ruiz added that Mango is “in the strongest moment of its history”.

“We have the full support and long-term vision of our shareholders, a clear, unique and differentiated strategy, and a corporate governance model aligned with the highest standards.

“Mango is a leading company worldwide, with a team of more than 18,000 people globally and a presence in over 120 countries. The company’s positive performance and sustained growth are a direct result of your commitment, professionalism and dedication."

Earlier this year, Mango reported €3.8bn ($4.4bn) in 2025 revenue, highlighting continued double-digit growth while executives outlined how the business is adapting its sourcing strategy to manage rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. The

Mango board of directors added that they “unanimously endorse Mr. Ruiz’s remarks” and expressed their support for Andic.

“They further express their full confidence that the legal proceedings will be resolved favourably and trust that this will happen as swiftly as possible,” a statement added.
