Komar owns a portfolio encompassing more than 100 owned, licensed, and private label brands, producing more than 115 million garments per year.
Inspectorio will deploy its full suite of solutions across approximately 250 tier one and key tier two suppliers of Komar, enhancing its global supply chain oversight and expedite its sustainability objectives.
The solutions include quality risk management, lab testing, responsible sourcing and compliance, production tracking and traceability.

This partnership also coincides with Komar's rebranding initiative focused on sustainability.
The apparel company has set objectives to digitise its entire supply chain and automate Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting by 2026.
Inspectorio's advanced traceability features are expected to aid Komar in attaining complete visibility down to raw materials.
Komar's sourcing and production president David Bobbitt said: “By 2026, we want full digital traceability and automated EPR reporting. Right now, we’re scrambling between spreadsheets and partial systems. This is a big lift — and Inspectorio is the partner that can help us get there.”
Inspectorio's centralised, data-driven platform can be implemented with global standards such as the Higg Index, SLCP, and ZDHC. This integration facilitates streamlined data collection on sustainability, reporting, and supplier engagement for Komar.
Moreover, it allows the centralisation of key metrics and actionable insights from factory performance data, audit outcomes, and traceability information.
The goal is to ensure uniformity across all divisions including sleepwear, intimates, kids' wear, and layering.
