Mytheresa’s Yoox Net-a-Porter buy offers much needed ‘lifeline’

Swiss luxury goods business Richemont is selling luxury online platform Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) to Germany-based luxury e-commerce giant Mytheresa for €555m ($609m) with an industry expert suggesting Mytheresa will be able to aid its recovery after recent "declining sales".
