TrusTrace says the One Retail Hub platform can remove fragmented, retailer-by-retailer data requests for sustainability teams.
Brands using the platform are able to complete a single assessment that can be instantly shared with all participating retailers.
The tool is free to access for all brands and was built in collaboration with retailers including Asos, About You, Boozt and Zalando.
“One Retail Hub is exactly what the industry needs. The interface is intuitive, and the AI's ability to draw directly from your existing compliance documentation means you're working from a single source of truth rather than rebuilding answers from scratch each time,” explained Fanny Ekholm, corporate social responsibility manager at Didriksons.
One Retail Hub includes the Retailer Brand Due Diligence Questionnaire, a unified HREDD self-assessment framework informed by OECD guidance and developed in collaboration with Cascale and Fair Wear.
This removes “fragmented reporting” and ensures that brand partners are assessed using standardised, widely accepted criteria.
“Alignment is the way forward to streamline Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence across the apparel and footwear industry. One Retail Hub is a great response to that,” adds Charlotte Risskov Kræfting, sustainability reporting and communication responsibility at ECCO.
“The answers to compliance questions already exist in your documentation. One Retail Hub's AI finds them for you rather than asking you to reconstruct them from scratch. That is what makes this a genuine time-saver and why adoption feels intuitive rather than effortful.”
Jodie Leek, head of ESG at Asos, added: “By working directly with brands and retailers, we’ve created a platform that streamlines and strengthens due diligence. One Retail Hub consolidates information in one place, makes smarter use of data brands already hold, and meaningfully reduces administrative effort. It’s a strong example of how effective collaboration can deliver a smoother brand experience and drive better alignment across the industry.”
