Brazil claims top cotton exporter spot over US with record revenue
Brazil has set a new record in the global cotton market, exporting 3,373,941 tonnes between August 2025 and July 2026, a 19% increase from the previous cycle, according to ComexStat data compiled by the Brazilian Association of Cotton Growers (Abrapa).
