- Australian exports of cotton and imports of truck tyres heading to mines could be hit by industrial action which began at two east coast ports. - Textile Technologies Group (South Korea) will organise production of ready fabrics and ready-made garments in Tashkent region of Uzbekistan in 2011-2013. Within the project, Korean company plans to invest US$60m to creation of textile plant in Uzbekistan.
