US non-profit organisation, the California Product Stewardship Council (CPSC), has published a report by its Textile Recovery Advisory Committee that suggests making apparel and textile manufacturers liable with extended producer responsibility (EPR) legislation will help to tackle apparel waste and promote circularity.
