Archroma is leveraging its participation in Colombiatex 2024, a global exhibition that connects the textile and apparel industry in showcasing sustainable practices in South America, to introduce Super Systems+.

Each Super Systems+ solution offers end-product durability while claiming to meet sustainability targets with cleaner chemistries compliant with current and anticipated industry regulations.

For environmentally-conscious black denim, Archroma said brands and mills can opt for Diresul Evolution Black, creating unique shades and wash-down effects, offering an overall impact reduction of 57% compared to standard Sulfur Black 1 liquid.

Archroma’s aniline-free pre-reduced Denisol Pure Indigo 30 LIQ produces authentic blue denim that claims to have the same performance and efficiency as conventional indigo dye but in a more planet-friendly way.

To embrace circularity and create natural shades on cellulosic-based fibres, brand owners can turn to Archroma’s patented EarthColours technology.

According to the chemical company, the right chemistry achieves the functionality of the brand’s intended end use while optimising production and staying ahead of consumer expectations and regulatory changes.

Additionally, for the next-generation processing of polyester and its blends, Archroma’s Eriopon E3-Save all-in-one auxiliary combines pre-scouring, dyeing, and reduction clearing in a single bath, achieving substantial savings of water, energy, and time.
